1st step:
Sync your iPhone calendar to your google (Gmail) calendar
2nd step:
Sync thunderbird calendar to google (Gmail) calendar
3rd step:
Choose additional calendars to sync onto iphone (from current gmail calendars, ie: holidays)
1. Open the Safari browser on your phone and go to http://m.google.com/sync
2. Sign in with your account and select your phone from the list of devices you've set up for Google Sync.
3. Select the additional calendars
4. Done
